Not quite a true assemblage piece using found objects as per "the group" but I thought I'd post it anyhow since shrines were mentioned. Actually the main part of the shrine is from an old cabinet someone thought I'd might be able to use. I ended up having to rebuild it a little but it was definately the jumping off point for this. This is somewhere around 20w x 26h x 4"d & is meant to hang on the wall. I used ribbon, vintage plastic flower beads, silk flowers, plastic garland, wood, polymer clay, rubber stamps & paint. Below is a view from the side.
